Roovet Sound respects the intellectual property rights of artists, producers,
labels, and other rights holders, and expects users of the platform to do the
same. This DMCA Notice & Copyright Policy explains how to report alleged
copyright infringement on Roovet Sound and how we respond to valid notices
under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and similar laws.
If you believe that material available on Roovet Sound infringes your
copyright, you may submit a notice following the steps below. Roovet Sound
may remove or disable access to content alleged to be infringing and may
terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
This policy applies to copyright-protected material, including but not limited
to music, vocals, beats, mixes, sound recordings, compositions, cover art,
images, text, and other creative works that appear on Roovet Sound.
Trademark, privacy, or other legal issues may be handled through different
processes. This page focuses specifically on copyright.
If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of a copyright
owner, and you believe that content on Roovet Sound infringes your rights,
you may send a written DMCA notice that includes the following information:
Incomplete notices may delay our ability to respond or may not be processed.
You may send your DMCA notice using the reporting tools available on Roovet
Sound (where provided for specific tracks or profiles) or by contacting our
designated copyright agent using the contact details provided on the Roovet
Sound support or contact pages.
To help us act quickly, please include “DMCA Notice” in the subject line of
your message and ensure all required information listed above is present.
When Roovet Sound receives a valid DMCA notice, we may take one or more of
the following actions:
We may also, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, terminate
or limit accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly post
content that is the subject of valid DMCA notices.
If your content has been removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice,
and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you have the right to use
the material (for example, under a license, fair use, or because you are the
copyright owner), you may submit a DMCA counter-notice.
A valid counter-notice should include:
Counter-notices should be sent to Roovet Sound using the same contact
channel used for DMCA notices, clearly labeled as a “DMCA Counter-Notice.”
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward a copy to the original
complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court
order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity within the period
required by applicable law, we may restore the content that was removed or
disabled.
Roovet Sound may choose not to restore content in certain situations, such as
when doing so would violate law, court orders, or our Terms of Use.
Roovet Sound may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion,
terminate or limit the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat
infringers. This determination may consider factors such as the number and
validity of DMCA notices received, the nature of the content involved, and
the user’s history on the platform.
Submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith DMCA notices or counter-notices
can have legal consequences and may result in account actions on Roovet
Sound. Copyright law may allow damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees,
against anyone who knowingly misrepresents material as infringing or
non-infringing.
Use the DMCA process only for legitimate copyright issues. If your complaint
involves other matters (such as defamation, privacy, or community guideline
concerns), please use the appropriate reporting tools or contact methods
instead.

submit a notice or counter-notice, you can reach Roovet Sound through the
support or contact options provided within the Roovet platform or on the
